Hi i rang Ian on his mobile. Explained briefly about the problem with my roof. At the time he was on another roof doing a job and asked me to text him my address. This was roughly about 11.30 am sat 7th Dec. He was with me just after 2pm. He went up on the roof to have a look at the problem and initially said he would come back monday morning to make it secure, but would need a full dry day to repair it. Monday morning he was with me 8.20am and stayed till job was completed. Am very pleased with the quick response and the way he dealt with the problem. Would highly recommend him for the professional way he dealt with my roof.
