Steve definitely knows what he's talking about, uses top quality products, is completely reliable - always there bang on time and communicates well - didn't have to chase once, all phone calls/emails/messages answered. Very expensive charlatan. Charged us over £6000 to redo electrics on our boat and only a small proportion of the work was completed before he gave up. He is physically incapacitated due to illness so you have to pay him and his coworker (she does the graft) whilst he sits there. Avoid
