Dallow Karahi

Good food, good management, definitely recommend

The rotis were perfect , not burnt to a crisp like other takeaways and the chicken karahi was great.

Absolutely rediculous service as ordered chicken curry and few roti and found out no roti in the package? Called but delivery wasn't offered ?

The burger was ok but the price stated online was £2.20 but upon collection I was charge £3! So I informed them to update prices. And it's not a fresh chicken burger, it's just a fried burger!

Very frustrating!!!Before we go there we had fixed a deal but after going there and finishing eating they changed their mind and increased the bill.so I am recommending, please before you go there and before order you have to negotiate with them but I am recommending not to go there.

Evidently, impossible to reason with one motivated by self interest. The owner is simply too comfortable stepping out of his parameters to impede matters in which he lacks authority. I suspect the customer is always wrong at business of this calibre. Not an ounce of ethical or moral integrity. One would do well to steer clear of this establishment and it's backward minded cogs.

Today we ordered two lamb biryani. We expect spicy & tasty Biryani but it was really worst taste and oily. We are unhappy.

I usually don't write reviews. However, I am a traveller who recently visited Luton, and I was fortunate enough to discover Dallow Karahi. I was so impressed with the food and service that I ate there every night of my four-night stay!The food is authentic Pakistani cuisine, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I ordered the Chappal Kebab with Naan bread and salad one night, and it was only £3.75! The kebab was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the Naan bread was fluffy and delicious. I also tried their BBQ, which was also excellent. The meat was tender and flavorful, and it was clear that it had been cooked with care.Dallow Karahi has a small but cosy dining area, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I was always served my food promptly, and it was always hot and fresh. I also appreciated the fact that I was given a glass of tap water with every meal, even though I didn't order any drinks.Overall, I had an excellent experience at Dallow Karahi. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Pakistani cuisine on a budget.In the end, I would say that don't let the negative reviews fool you - Dallow Karahi is a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered.Thanks for reading and I hope this was helpful.

Rubbish customer service and too oily Food

Take away. Only cash but if you insist on them, they can bring out their machine. FOOD is okayish.
