Avoid this place, needed copies of documents. In the store less than 2 mins before a big queue starts amassing.. only one copier/scanner between the 2 staff members, this in a super busy area of town you’d think there would be more machines and useful helpful staff, this just leads to an awful customer experience I’d rather pay a few hundred pounds and just buy my own printer than ever go back in there.

Some staff are lovely, but one member of staff was very keen to push the door closed on us come closing time, as rudely as she could.

I really don't understand why people are saying there's rude customer service. The staff here are lovely, I needed help with a DHL package and they helped me through the progress + gave me additional information too. great service!!

I would never go back, emailed my documents to the wrong email address and took forever. New staff member clearly doesn’t know how to use the machines but the manager just watched and did nothing - very disappointing service. My scans also came back with a blue hue - would have been better quality (and cheaper) if I’d just used an app - not to mention a lot faster

The staff are friendly but the price for printing is x4 of competitors. Shop around. They are not set up for printing. One slow printer and often queues.

Better place for stationary items. I had to take nearly 60 pages of my passport photo copy and the staff at the Counter was really helpful. He has completed the scanning also. Cheap and best place especially for students.
