I've been through a lot of dentists over the years, I suffer terribly with my teeth and this is THE best place that I have ever been. I feel very grateful to have such a wonderful dentist.

My dentist Endless street has been an enjoyable experience unusual for a dentist visit but the receptionists are so friendly and helpful. I have seen more than one dentist but my current one has been fantastic giving advice and information. Recommending products to try and never judgemental I would recommend my dentist to anyone. All my family now attend too.

If you can call an emergency tooth extraction 5 star then this was my experience today. Treated with the utmost care & patience as I was shaking throughout the procedure. The dentist explained fully what was happening & took his time to ensure the best possible outcome. The dental nurse was lovely too. Thank you for your professionalism and dental skills.

This was from a while ago now, but I never went back. I needed to have a filling, and it was a deep filling. I was asked whether I wanted pain relief or not! They both explained that many people are choosing not to have the anesthetic anymore, but I went ahead with it anyway, much to their annoyance. They gave the injection and then started pretty much straight away, I could feel pain. I said it was painful, so she started tapping the side of my face repeatedly (which was really odd) to get the pain relief working. Felt pain throughout experience. They were getting tired of my complaints of pain. I have had problems ever since with this tooth, and finally went to the emergency dental access centre to get it looked at. Dentist there was not at all surprised at my pain, as the filling was right on the nerve. I would never set foot in here again, and it put me off dentist trips entirely. Unkind, uncaring and unnessessary.

Amazing dentist! My dentist Alina Homeag and her dental assistant have done a brilliant job! I had bad cavities on all of my front teeth, made it difficult especially in my job, as I deal with customers everyday. I am more than happy to show off my smile now! Very grateful for a 10/10 service.Highly recommend!

Had my first appointment today,I am always a nervous wreck,but was pleasantly surprised,a friend had recommended me to Sarah.I had a really thorough check up,and was talked through absolutely everything,am so relieved to have found a dentist that is kind,and takes the time to explain future treatment and not to make me feel as though I had the worst teeth in the world! I won't worry about going to the dentist again ,because I have found one that cares , in a really friendly surgery .

Laura and Vickie have provided me with fantastic care. For a person who is a very nervous patient, they have both put me at ease. I no longer dread going to the dentist. They talk me through every step of the appointment and options available to me. They are non-judgemental and caring.Reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly too. Pricing options are transparent from the start and I feel informed in every step of my treatment and appointments.Can’t recommend this place enough!

everytime i visit Langdale House im met with a warm welcome, friendly staff make it an enjoyable experience which is something people don't normally say about a dentist. In particular on reception Ross, Louisa and Kate have been so helpful and kind, with every question met with a knowledgeable and professional response. Dr Botes has been my dentist for many years, I would never go anywhere else. When having a hospital wisdom tooth extraction, Dr Botes was able to fast track the process (due to pain) and the communication during that time (when the hospital wasn't helping) really calmed my nerves and reassured me.Thank you to Dr Botes and all the reception staff at Langdale House.
