Cheap, convenient and straightforward. Cleanliness depends on who you get as your flatmates. Staff has also been wonderful with any help you need.

We want to check in, after 5 o'clock,Office was not open, we followed that tips to call, the securer said he will come back 30 minutes. After we come back, call the man again, he said he was busy and he only work on laundry. We need go to the laundry, and we got there, we waited for one hour, no one was in there, this was the worst what I met in uk. Do not recommend this student accommodation.

Thieves, you won't get your deposit back and they will ask for top-ups to your deposit. They break the law by entering your property without proper notice. Cleaners rarely clean, we went months without a single cleaner. Horrible internet and disgusting people. Stay away from this horrendous place and live somewhere else. The only good thing about this awful place is the location.

I stayed here for 5 months and am really satisfied with my stay. At first I was a bit suspicious due to some of the reviews but the flats are really clean, spacious, and well furnished. Moreover, whenever we had any issues, they fixed them immediately. All in all the staff is also really friendly and they always announce beforehand whenever the flats will be entered for cleaning or inspection purposes. We also never had any issues with having friends over.

Offered no support to students after the recent tragic events which unfortunately unfolded on their doorstep. Requests to fix a broken exterior door have fallen on deaf ears, making the accommodation feel unsafe, especially when efforts should be being made to ensure the safety of all students.

I really liked my stay at Manor Villages , Staff are very nice and friendly at all times . The kitchen in Morel House is very modern and anything needing fixing was fixed the next day. Made long lasting friends in my first year there. Only problems i had was based on neighbours complaints and the fire alarm, nothing really to do with manor itself .

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst accommodation in Nottingham. Didn’t give deposit back when nothing was damaged. They stole parcels, it was dirty and so unsociable.

Rooms are of good standard and the courtyard areas are nice. However the internet speeds are a joke.They also squeeze every last pound they can out of you, don't ever expect to get your deposit back. They charged members of my flat different levels of damage fees despite all of our rooms being completely fine.
