Fabulous service and so reasonably priced, Bobby is an absolute delight to deal with. Such a lovely, humble, honest and expert when it comes to Audi. I have been taking my S3 to West London Audi for the past 5 years and they somehow seem to make matters worse for my car. Bobby worked on my car today and it drives better than ever. I had both front shock absorbers replaced and Bobby completed the work while I waited. I cannot praise 4 Rings Motors highly enough - for an honest and top class service, this is the place for your Audi.

Bobby and the team have been brilliant. I needed a new steering rack for my Audi A3, which was very expensive and had to be delivered from Germany but Bobby managed to source a cheaper one locally, this not only saved me money but also meant the problem could be fixed sooner. Bobby kept me informed at all times, he is professional and honest. I will definitely use Four Rings again and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

No heating in our VW Golf MK7 car in these cold months. My own service garage said he wasn't sure and didn't want to investigate, another recommended engineer said it wasn't his speciality and suggested Bobby @ 4 Rings. Bobby was great to diagnose the problem and have it repaired the next day. Excellent service would definitely recommend and use again.

I would like to start by saying I am extremely happy with the service I have received today a 4 rings! My sunroof was broken and I found it difficult to find someone local to fix my issue. I came to 4 rings and Bobby and Harpal was able to diagnose and rectify the problem in under 5 minutes!!I can not thank the boys enough and will highly recommend this garage to anyone seeking a professional and quick repair! 5 stars, very happy customer

You get what you pay for. The slick website doesn't match the actual quality of garage or service. I took my S8 in for an aircon repair which required diagnostics and pump replacement. When removing plastic cover under bonnet to replace the pump they damaged it, breaking the plastic in several places, including breaking off one of the plastic clips. The cover no longer fits as before, with gaps both sides of engine (see pics). When removing the wipers they carelessly poked and damaged the previously pristine under bonnet fire material (see pic). No one in the garage took any covid precautions. No seat or steering wheels protectors used by staff which should be minimum requirement for a decent garage etiquette. When I challenged the owner about the cracked plastic cover he flippantly said these things happen. I noticed the fire material under bonnet damage afterwards, but I'm sure reaction would have been similarly dismissive (the other part of damaged part was on the end of the wiper they poked under bonnet. Not even bothering to cover tracks and remove!). When I handed over my vehicle, there were no pre-existing faults on the dash. Then when they plugged in their diagnostics an EPC error and 4000rpm engine speed error occurred. The owner blatantly lied to my face and said the error was there when I brought the car in. He said I need to replace the intake manifold without doing any investigation. Just reading off the diagnostics report. His excuse for not investigating was that their wasn't enough space in his pokey garage. And if you're thinking of doing any bodywork, avoid. They literally can't paint a basic panel. I was watching in horror when one of the workers was polishing a newly painted panel and it was shocking how bad the finish was. Bubbling in paint, different lighter shades in several places. I actually pointed out the faults myself! I really thought I had found a genuine alternative to a main dealer garage, but alas no. The owner describes himself as a chief master technician! Nice enough chap but not a master technician.

The owner continues to LIE and LIE had my vehicle for over 3 Months charged nearly £3000 but never fixed problem left the car dirty and disgusting
