Pic and Mix Body Jewellery

Me and my friend had piercings done today, we were given 10% off by a girl called Rebecca (I think) she was absolutely lovely. Katie did both our piercings, couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Very clean and professional 100% will be back, couldn’t recommend it more!

Girls were very helpful in finding jewellery for me, unfortunately they didn't have the size I needed :(

Really can’t rate the staff here day one my wife went in picked out the jewellery she wanted it was bagged and payed for happy days. Once we get home we find that the staff had actually picked up 2 different sizes and not what was picked out, so after a phone call they said we could swap it.after going back to the shop a few days later they no longer had what we originally thought we purchased and wouldn’t replace it with what we could use. refused to refund us with a really sarcastic attitude and didnt really care that they made a mistake that could have been resolved simply.I would recommend avoiding here and going elsewhere, they have nice things inside but absolutely terrible staff.

Really nice staff , I went in to ask questions and left but later came in to get a helix done which they weren’t annoyed about I asked if they did walk ins and they said yes . Had too sign some paper work but that was quick and easy also showed I’d just something that had my birthday on it , when I went to get it done they had a private room and allowed me to bring a friend for emotional support , I asked for a explanation of how it was going to happed they explained the process it detail so I wasn’t so scared of getting it done , they did use a needle , they ask if I would want to know when it would happen or not which was nice . Overall amazing experience going there first time they were really kind and patient with my questions

Went for nipple piercings. Bad experience. They would never heal no matter what. Later found out the girl pierced my aerolas instead of my nipples & that most staff are not properly trained

I was in today and got an appointment really quickly. They email you a consent form which is handy. All the staff on today were so friendly, couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. The girl who pierced my nose was great and made me feel very at ease. Reasonable prices too, I'll definitely be back again.

I went to pic and mix today to get piercings with my friend and I’m so delighted with the experience! My piercer was Katie and she was so good at making sure I felt comfortable and it was very professional and sanitary! Katie was so lovely and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone wanting to get a piercing, the rest of the staff were so lovely too while I waited for my friend getting her piercings but I didn’t get their names! Thank you so much for the great experience :))

My daughter got tounge pierced 5 weeks ago. Pierced very far back and over to one side. We ended up in casualty with a double double of antibiotics. She was in so much pain with the infection and couldn't eat for 5 days. Stay well clear

Easy website to use. Bought some piercings for my daughter and they came quickly.
