I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Greenfield Estate Agents. Having contacted them regarding a property viewing for rental, I was shown round within 24 hours and was accepted as a tenant the same day.Given that my technology skills are worse than basic, I was cheerfully assisted on how to go through all the online procedures, regardless of many times I rang them and asked for help.I would not hesitate to recommend them for their efficiency and friendliness .

I have no hesitation recommending Matt and the rest of the Greenfield team. We began working with them a few months ago to get our property in London rented due to us relocating. Matt was incredibly thoughtful arranging viewings all on the same day and also helpful in getting cleaners sorted, recommending decorators and ensuring we had complied with all regulations required to rent out our property. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always available on the phone or by email if we had any queries.

I can honestly say that Greenfield has been an amazing estate agents to rent through. We are now in our second property that we have rented through Greenfield and Matt and Louise definitely tried to make it as smooth a process as they possibly could. They both went out of there way to help us with a number of things and we’re looking forward to keeping Greenfield as our estate agents for the future! Would most definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend the services of Greenfield & Company as they were friendly, professional and efficient from the first contact we had with them to arrange a viewing through to the final step of signing a tenancy. I even emailed Matt -who was overseeing our application- on a Saturday and he was kind and gracious enough to email me back the same day to allay my concerns. The Company made what could have been a stressful time for us very easy and pleasant.
