Sally has looked after our cats for over 10 years now, and looked after our chickens when we had them. (They took one of the chickens to the vets when she had a swelling on her eye, and then kept her in their office whilst she had to be isolated from the others) We know the cats are always cared for whilst we are away, and we can go on holiday without worrying about them.

Excellent service my two dogs one who is 13 are shy of strangers Sallyanne sat with them so they were comfortable would definitely use this service and can't recommend it highly enough

Petpals is a fantastic, trustworthy service. They have looked after my dogs for over 5 years now providing both walking and boarding. The staff genuinely love the dogs and will help out whenever they can to provide the service at short notice (as I am quite disorganised!). I highly recommend them.

I have used Petpals Darlington and Yarm for several years both for dog walking and for holiday boarding. They offer a very efficient and friendly service and my Jack Russell is always excited to go for her walk. When I have left her because of holidays she has stayed with people who are obvious dog lovers. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
