Emily, the sales agent, was informed, obliging, and in no way pushy.Regarding the vehicle itself, I am overjoyed. My family and all of our gear fit comfortably. Additionally impressive are the technological advancements that make driving safer and more pleasant. Having considered extensively from the website which car I was considering buying I went into the showroom to make an appointment with the sales team. I met with Harpreet Nandhra who went through all the relevant details and following a bit of negotiation agreed a deal for the car I wanted at the price that I wanted to pay. Very friendly, easy to talk to and made to feel valued. Excellent service.

I visited the Toyota dealership to purchase some service parts for my car. The counter staff were very polite. She welcomed me upon entry, asked the reason for my query, and showed me the way to the service desk section. Whilst I waiting to place an order for my parts, they had a counter for customers to help themselves with coffee machine for FREE. Very nice of Toyota, especially due to the cold outside.But that's not the best part. I was amazed they had a prayer room. Just that alone; I give them 5*. Thank you for being so considerate and making a prayer room

Bad , so bad ,worse,all customer service team and special customer service team leader,they don't care about customer or concerns ,you can find hundred of used new car out of the showroom.advice any one to looking for else where service. and if there is minus star I will give them. You can see in picture hundred of used new car out of showroom, I'm sure cause of bad customer service.
