We have a large lounge and of course needed an appropriate carpet.The lounge is on the first floor and the large carpet and narrow twisting stair access looked like a problem but Graeme’s lads were not to be defeated and delivered it through the first floor window.Excellent quality carpet and efficient fitting,Highly recommendedDeightonCraiglockhart

Great service. Punctual. Fantastic communication at all levels. Very solid work, to say the least. Addressing individual customer needs and likings. Good advice provided. No forcing the customer to use particular services/techniques/etc. Breakdown of costs provided. A very friendly company who listen to the customer and explain what may be best for them. I used Edinburgh Flooring Services to completely re-carpet a flat I was moving in to. They also provided 'day-night' blinds, needed as I am on the ground floor. These have been much admired as has the fabric blind that was specially (and beautifully) made for my kItchen. A small window of opportunity appeared between other trades and Graeme and his team took the opportunity to come in and strip out all the old carpets, and tidy up the mess. This enabled them to come back and get straight on with laying the new carpets. All work was carried out efficiently, promptly and with good humour. Thank you Graeme and your team.Sarah

We have just had our hall and porch laid with LVT from Invictus and Edinburgh Flooring Services are one of only 2 companies in Scotland who offer this product. After a pretty miserable experience with the other (larger) company we contacted EFS and they were great. They quoted promptly and offered a variety of dates within a few weeks.The first installation date didn't work out but once they arrived on site they kept working until the job was complete.And what a job! The tiles are beautiful. There was a lot of discussion about the design and placement to ensure that we were happy and it really shows in the end result.The installers, Jordan, Ronan & Jamie were brilliant, offered different options and nothing was laid until we were happy and they worked on into the evening to get the job completed.Highly recommended.
