Very disappointed about their unprofessional attitude. Although it seems to be the cheapest ironing service in Reading, the ironing quality is mediocre and the lady's attitude absolutely unprofessional. I have been occasionally using her services, despite her being rude at times, but I have now stopped after her not showing up at all, twice, and then simply claiming that she forgot"

this is a BRILLIANT service. Ironing is one of those things I never have time to do. Not only that they iron your clothes/bedding/whatever you have perfectly, there's a fast turnaround and honestly, their service is SO good . Excellent price, service and quality !

I have used Alex service for 3 times last year. We moved our home and I contacted Alex again for the service. Being new home I gave clear instructions of the house and also asked Alex to call me in case it is an issue finding house. But on the day of pick up she did not turn up and infact she was really rude when I called her. She was really stressed out with her deliveries for that day and was totally unplanned and vented all her frustration of her work stress on me when I called. I would never call her again and would warn anyone who uses her service on her unprofessional attitude!

The quality of the work was fine on the couple occasions we used her, but I now go elsewhere, as I believe she lied about coming to the house at a specific time when someone was looking out the window to see her, and she never came. She has subsequently ignored my phone calls and text messages. Very poor customer service.

I couldn't recommend more! Alex is 5 stars! I doubt someone can beat Alex's high ironing standards for the price and service she offers! Alex always accommodates our last minute requests and she is very flexible in terms of scheduling collection/delivery. We never had a fixed schedule and sometimes we would give her 4 kg others 10 kg! Either way, we could rest assured that 24 h later we would have our items perfectly ironed. Also we never had any damaged or missing items which is incredible! I really don't understand why someone would rate Alex service 1 star. Trust me, I am a very picky customer that always finds something to complain about... and for the past 2 and half years I have absolutely no reason to complain but instead to THANK Alex!
