The service here wasn't great if I'm honest. The staff were quite abrupt and not particularly friendly. The Chocolate cake with the triple chocolate drip was delicious and despite the ott appearance it was incredibly well balanced. The cake itself was moist and rich with a thick smooth ganache but not too sweet. The triple choc drip added the nice warming hit of sweetness to the cake.

Actually very (too) sweet with the chocolate all around your cup. It’s part of the concept though so it was a nice experience in overall.I definitely recommend the chocolate cake with triple chocolate, but with a black coffee as a drink, otherwise it can get a bit overwhelmed by the sweetness.NB : The staff was adorable.

To have dessert, it should be one of the best choice in London. Just, the problem is you should book before going there. There is options to book online, just check the website. Otherwise, %100 you can not find place to enter. And, about products that you can select make you really like eating just chocolate, intense (pay attention here). Dont select two different things, at the end you will feel full. You should share with somebody else, and try some chocolate beverages.. The vibe of store is quite interesting..

We got to experience this place thanks to Gourmaze. We only sampled the hot chocolate and chose the dark chocolate version which was very indulgent. I don't quite understand the obsession with pouring the chocolate sauce over the cups, but anything for clickbait and likes I guess! The quality of the chocolate is good and the place does well to serve high quality chocolate in Central London.

If you're a chocolate enthusiast, this is the perfect spot for you. The triple chocolate brownie was truly exceptional. I opted for the gianduia triple chocolate hot chocolate in a small size since we planned to order a cake as well and didn't want to be too overwhelmed by chocolate.

A great place for hot chocolate.Great choices and hiper sweet drinks. We ordered some cakes, but as the hot chocolate was so sweet, we end up not finishing our cakes, but they were good.Is a cosy place and constantly busy. Staff was really friendly

Indulging in the heavenly triple chocolate and Italian bear hot chocolate is a consistent delight at both the Fitzrovia and Soho spots. The temptation to drop by is irresistible, making it a go-to whenever I'm in the vicinity.Securing a booking or braving the line is a must, especially during the winter season when their hot chocolate steals the spotlight. However, the only gripe is the comparatively snug ambiance here – it could use a bit more breathing space and staffing to match its popularity.Despite the cozy quarters, the cost-to-quality ratio earns a solid 5/5 across branches. Splurging on their divine hot chocolate is a winter treat worth every penny, making it my top choice for a chilly day in London.

I waited in line for close to two hours. By the time my friends and I got a table, I had already had a coffee from a cafe nearby as it was too cold to wait outside. I opted for a savoury option as I wasn’t too hungry and I was worried the desserts would be too sweet. DISASTER! The Arancini was definitely frozen. The taste was ABOMINABLE! They brought me some salt and pepper to sprinkle on but they already put some salt on my salt. I wouldn’t usually object to the right amount but the cheese and spinach filling in arancini (measly amount of filling, may I add) was too salty! It was such a disappointment. Waste of time and money. I honestly don’t know if I would be back but in can definitely recommend not to bother coming in on a weekend if you haven’t booked. People kept showing up early for bookings and they kept letting them in. I mean,…we were so many waiting outside. It was a bit disappointing. Staff overworked and ticked off. Yeah,…not coming back any time soon.
