I enjoyed my Shiatsu & Acupuncture treatment. The place was clean and the practitioner took the time to talk to me b/f the session so he can see what treatment I could benefit from.

I had a mixed experience. I had Kimura-san first, and came out feeling better. Following week, I had someone else, and came out thinking I just wasted my time and money. It was apparent that the therapist wasn’t very experienced.I’ve had a couple of others when I used to go there years ago. The experience was also varied. So it’s hard to say if the place is good or not. Depends on who you have.

I've been going to My Natural Clinic for many years and can't recommend them enough. Friendly and professional staff and very efficient. I've always had the same therapist Mr Atsushi and my nickname for him is Mr Magic Fingers. It doesn't matter how stressed I am, I always leave feeling like I'm floating on air.

I went to this clinic on the recommendation of a colleague - I was suffering from a herniated disc and could barely walk due to lower back pain and extreme sciatica throughout my leg (I am a very active person and was really struggling both physically and mentally with my lack of mobility). I saw Oban sensei who performed some light manipulation of my spine and body to help realign my body. I was genuinely amazed that the next day I was already feeling looser and by day 2 I was walking almost normally with only slight pain towards the end of the day. I was even able to attend a conference which was unthinkable the few days before. I am very grateful to the clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone who is suffering with pain. I had been told there was little to be done to help minimise pain by multiple other professionals so have been very impressed by the service.

I went to My Natural clinic this evening for acupuncture and Shiatsu with Tomoko San. I came out feeling very relaxed and loose, it was a really great experience. I highly recommend!

My husband had a great experince when he was suffering from his sciatica 3 years ago. Yesterday i went there for the same treatment ( accupunture) as my left neck and shoulder was in fire from the pin and needle sensation. was very relaxing. Hoping to see the result after the second session.

Amazing practitioners. Have been going for years. Atsushi is amazing at acupuncture and you feel like a feather after.

Don't be put off by the uninviting exterior, the treatments provided are second to none! Lovely welcoming staff, top notch acupuncture in relaxing rooms. Recommended.

While I acknowledge that every therapist is different, I was extremely disappointed with the treatment. Before attending my session I had submitted the Consultation Form accordingly, however there was so little consultation session given before the treatment. The therapist who was administering the acupuncture didn’t check my muscle condition as well before and after treatment; this is something that I would expect at most acupuncture clinics. I am glad to hear that a lot of people had positive experiences from this clinic, however unfortunately, it was not a good one for me as I did not/have not experienced any improvement post-treatment.

I booked an acupuncture session for my post-partum lower back pain! The pain was acute and it made me limp…After just one treatment here I felt much better and within amthe following week the pain was completely gone! Beside being effective, the treatment was also extremely relaxing and regenerating! Highly recommended!
