I really enjoyed my first class with Felicity at Eaglescliffe village hall. Felicity was very knowledgeable about the principles of Pilates, and took time to explain everything in great detail. She gave everyone individual help and support if they needed it. I felt very comfortable asking questions if I needed to. A lovely friendly atmosphere. Looking forward to my next class.

Felicity is really professional when delivering the classes, really knowledgeable. During the classes, she communicates really well and you can see big improvements in the body. I am really happy that I started with Pilates and I'm always looking forward to the next class as they are always different and innovative.
