Pooched Paws Parlour

Joe and team were absolutely incredible!! We had a matted puppy who hadn't been to the groomers before. Joe and team fully looked after them, made them look fabulous and they were in super happy spirits when I picked picked them up. Thanks so much Joe!!

BeBe" our darling little Shi tzu visited Pooched Paws Parlour yesterday for the first time to rid him of his Winter coat and clip his claws ..... when we collected him two hours later we could not believe what fantastic work had been done on him.This was the very best cut he had ever been given ..... a real teddy bear cut making him so very handsome - absolutely perfect.From now on your beauty parlour will be the only one he visits as it is a joy to be able to appreciate your wonderful talents.Thank you so very very much from "BeBe" and Us."

One of the first to sign up with Pooched Paws and my Dog OZZI loves to see the team. I know he is well looked after and the Grooming is superb. I highly recommend them and all the team. Great service and great job , and of course excellent value for money.

Was using the groomer for over a Yr and was really happy with the young girls/ boys who used to groom my dog so I kinder looked at myself and my dog as one of there regular valued customers! Over the last Yr once the staff had completed my dogs groom they would always send a tx saying your dog is ready for collection and I'd go and pick her up.on our last trip to this shop i was absolutely gobsmacked by Charlotte the owners attitude and customer service! I received a txt two hours later after dropping my dog off ( usually only takes 1hour) saying she was ready for collection so when i arrived at the shop I was welcomed with a very rude red faced Charlotte telling me I was very late and she would be adding £20.00 late payment fee to my bill,I tried to explain to Charlotte that her staff always tx me when my dog is ready for collection and that I had been waiting for a tx but nothing had been sent so I just assumed the shop was really busy. Charlotte argued with me and said her staff don't always send txs which is most definitely not true. She also asked me if I thought her shop was a doggy day care !She was extremely rude and her attitude was uncalled for it was a genuine mistake and a lack of communication between her staff and myself..shocking customer care here at this shop. I've now found a lovely new groomer which my dog seems to like

Took my Grandmas puppy here, who is very nervous. Charlotte and her team were amazing and really took there time getting him to feel comfortable. The price is great value, he had a good clean up from head to toe and came out looking and smelling fantastic. Can not fault the service we received from start to finish.
