The tills are not being managed as well as they could always long queues all they want is to use the self checkouts really disappointed because the operators are friendly and cheerful

Was in your store on Saturday afternoon first time i have been there. Was absolutely lost, but the store is staffed by some outstanding people.I couldnt find the items i wanted but these people were fantastic in helping me attain everything i wanted.The names of the wonderful staff members are ..... Jennifer , Fiona , Peter , and last but not least is John.I really cannot thank them enough for their help .

Prices are a little bit out of control but food is good, fruit is fresh and they still have a butchers counter.

We think it's a good place to shop not only do we have a home delivery we top up our shopping by going to the shop on Fridays and buy fish 20% off with morrisons card, bit disappointed that petrol, can get it at less cost elsewhere.

Staff do not wear masks and it is quite expensive compared to other supermarkets. They have now stopped using sanitizer/paper towels when entering their shop despite COVID numbers being at a very high rate. Rarely anyone at the self checkouts to help/clear age restricted products. Four card checkouts compared to two cash at self checkouts, causing congestion staff allow trolleys into what is supposed to be baskets only area this often adds to the congestion, staffing in this area has not improved.
