Spend lots of money in Costa today was terrible as waited 20 mins to get served she was more interested in getting deliveries done first?? So we just had to wait patiently terrible service

This Costa location has recently opened on the 9th of February. I visited on the 10th and bought drinks to takeaway. The staff were polite and friendly and I was served straight away. I ordered two hot chocolates to take away and they were slightly cold but the taste was okay. I'm sure if I asked they would have remade the drinks. This store has a small seating area indoors and a small seating area outdoors. There are toilets within although these are not accessible toilets so this is something to bare in mind. This store accepts contactless and mobile payments as well as cash. They also accept the Costa loyality card and you can earn points through purchases made here. It's the only Costa Coffee location outside of the city centre so it is very convenient especially with the late opening hours.

Best Costa Coffee in all Dundee. Staff is always friendly and welcoming !! Even during the hardest times you can always see a smile on their faces :) That's what you like to see :) Keep going team, you are amazing!!! 10 out of a 10!!! if i could give 10 stars i would!!

The café is not big, but enough space for visitors. While the staff is extremely polite, the tables wasn't clean and there was 4 tables that was left with the trays and empty cups from the previous customers, making it difficult for new customers to find space. I guess that's the result of the company trying to cut costs on staff numbers. The quality of the food and drinks is very good, but some sandwiches are priced almost like an in-flight" rate. It is the taste of the coffee that makes it a pleasurable overall experience and keeps me coming back."

So great having a dedicated coffee shop on the Kingsway Retail Park. Can get busy but the tables clear quick enough. Friendly employees to give advice and help when choosing drinks and cakes and the drinks are always made lovely.

I Was in yesterday, the guy at the till, he was bald with a beard, gave me a dirty look grabbed my wrap, and asked the woman on the coffee machine to take over. As I was waiting for my coffees and my wrap he came back to give me my wrap aggressively put the wrap on the tray and said “there you go”. The customer should always feel welcome in a shop this definitely didn’t make me feel welcome, the only good staff member at the time I was in was the woman on the machine. She even went out her away to ask me exactly what milk my grandmother wanted in her coffee. That was good customer service the man who was on tills was not good customer service.

This is the best Costa I've ever been to the customer service was amazing and the coffee was like that of the gods. I'll never drink another coffee again because of how good this one is.
