Nice open place with just about every variety of tools anyone could ever need. Exceptionally clean for a working tool hire firm. On site parking & excellent competitive costs for the products.

It's the time it takes to load you with your materials even if there are no other people waiting , luckily it was not our account but if it was I would be considering looking else where to purchase the goods

Had to visit tippers today for some metals laths and equipment, Al and the girls and other gents in there were all so helpful the whole team helped us out and they went above and beyond our requirements. 100% returning. Many thanks team tippersRia&daisy

Did an extension during spring/summer. Gary and the team at stoke branch helped me to keep going by supplying all the materials I needed. the delivery driver was considerate with placing the items in a restrcited space on the drive. Thanks for the top service and communication.

Had materials ordered, bricks wasn't delivered, contacted numerous times to someone saying they will call me back to see where my bricks are, never got a call back and it's been over a week. Not happy

This place as recently opened as far as I know and I was advised to give it a try and I've got to say this is a great place first contact was with Garry (manager I think) what a great guy I was after some advice regarding my job nothing and I mean nothing was to much trouble for him advised me on the products I needed and arrangements were made for collection I thought that's the best service I've ever experienced at a builders merchants ,so today we started a new project and thought I'm going back tippers sure enough the guys are there friendly bunch they are only to be told Garry is leaving for pastures new I thought that's typical just find the right people you need to work with and next thing they are leaving all I can do is wish Garry all the best for the future and Tippers you just lost a top guy

Picked up a fence panel today, great service, great price and snack van is good as well :-)
