I purchased a used Jaguar and I've nothing but issues with it and the dealer I purchased it from. I needed a health check report for my case and The Jag Centre booked me in straight away, gave me a car to use and completed the health check thoroughly. All the staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

Unless you love to have your wallet robbed, I would AVOID this garage at all costs.The fact that another customer in reception was frothing at the mouth through anger and bad service should have rung alarm bells.Just when I thought the main dealer's customer service would win a medal for their diabolical service, the Jag Centre in Norwich would win gold overall for pure greed and incompetence.Quoted £200 + VAT for a service. My husband took my car yesterday morning for 9am. Left the car, only to find out that they had run out of oil! What sort of a garage runs out of oil exactly. So his 1.5hrs visit turned into nearly 3hrs as he had to wait for new oil.Anyway, he eventually got the bill.....£350. Yes you read that right....£110 more than we were quoted.He was charged £2.75 per litre for topping the ad-blu up.......1) he wasn't asked if he wanted this done (which is standard practice) and 2) I purchase a drum of the stuff from Wilco for £9.99.....So why would I in my right mind pay someone £27.50!???The replacement oil was £96 alone.....might be a good idea to tell your receptionist NOT to tell customers that you source the cheapest oil that you can get. I don't like cheap oil going into my car, especially when I am paying premium prices!My husband refused to pay for the ad-blu and after complaining about the difference in the service cost, he was given a 'discount' which took the bill to £300.My tyres have been deflated to 33psi so whilst driving home last night my warning light was on all the time. Why you touched this I have no idea, it was complete carelessness on your behalf, I have a child in the car with me. The label on the car clearly states 41 and 38 psi.I called the receptionist after my husband left as I was and still am fuming and although very apologetic, she couldn't explain the extra amount and just said her quotes are all 'approximate'. Working in a customer based role, I suggested that she starts making her quotes higher in order for her customers to not faint when they get the final bill! Yes, £30 or so difference, but £110....come on.....She insisted on explaining that out of goodwill, she did give my husband a 'discount' - unless I am really stupid, I fail to see how you can give a discount on an amount that was more than you were expecting to pay by over £100!!!!!!!!You got away lightly really as if I was there, I would have flatly refused to pay. The thought of giving my money to people like you that fleece others for the sake of their own greed makes me sick.There are some really decent companies out there that strive to satisfy their customers and to earn new ones. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.Owning a Jaguar is by no means a symbol for you to assume we are rich owners with bottomless wallets.As far as I am concerned, you fully deserve to go out of business. You are nothing but absolute scammers and if I can prevent just one person bringing their custom to you, I will.

Absolutely terrible! I had a new track rod fitted with them a few months back and only found out they fitted the wrong one when the MOT came. When I took the car back to them to fix it, they wanted to charge me AGAIN to fix their error. Not only that, but when the car with them, it appears they've scrapped it against another car or something as there's now a new scratch on the front wing. The garage deny this was them, however, I had taken time stamped photo's of the car prior to taking it to them as I was going to sell it once the work was done, and there is no scratch. Despite me being very friendly to them, I was met with nothing but hostility from the owner. Been reported to trading standards, currently in talks to pursue small claims court.I'm sure this garage is fine when everything goes right, but when it goes wrong, they deny all responsibility and create an absolute nightmare situation. DO NOT USE.

Very good service, were quick to correctly identify the issues and repair. Kept (Nikki) me informed, stuck to time scales. Very reasonable pricing. Loan car was great - but so glad to have our F type back, Now only if we could have some sunny weather!

Can't fault the service you receive at the Jag Centre, very helpful and informative staff, fixed my XF in very good time and ended up getting the car back a lot sooner than originally planned. Very good prices and professional. Will be using again.

Why oh why didn’t I know about this place before. The previous garage I took I to told me it was not worth repairing.Took it to the jag centre and half of the stuff I was told needed doing weasel not true. Staff brilliant very helpful and full of advice. This will be my garage from now on.Thank you The Jag Centre.

Used them for the first time this summer to resolve several issues on my XK8. They sorted everything quickly, at a very reasonable price, leant me a loan car. Nikki & the guys couldn't have been more helpful & friendly. Definitely my go to garage from now on.

I had a problem with one of the turbos/turbo actuators on my Jaguar S-type with multiple codes, EML showing and car suffering from poor running and greatly reduced performance. I feared that I may need a replacement turbo.Their technician quickly traced the problem and found damage to the wiring loom serving the turbo actuator which he repaired. He also performed a full diagnostic check on my car.I was given another S-Type as a courtesy car while mine was in the workshop, but I had my own car back within the day.I was very impressed with the service at The Jag Centre and the bill was very fair too.Recommended.
