Ordered two large meals, got mediums.Burgers were thrown together like a 3 year old building lego.Chips were cold.Still had to park up and wait.Forgot two dips.Everyone looked miserable.My day is ruined.

This is the third time this has happened, I ordered a big tasty through the drive through and when I got home I find I’d been given a PLAIN Big Mac. This was after I’d already had to remind them about my forgotten dip and McFlurry. The staff there are constantly overworked and never seem to get an order right and I will no longer be wasting my money, I suggest others do the same. I tried to call and couldn’t get through and was already at home by the time I could sit and check my meal. Unacceptable. Fix your restaurant.

The WORST McDonald's in the area! NEVER get the order correct. Always something missing and the food barely warm. Poor communication, incompetent staff, poor training and management have no clue about customer service skills. Avoid! Go to another local mcdonald's instead of this one unless you want your order to be wrong.

3rd order in a row with issues. Ordered via Uber so not all the fault of McDonald’s. Items missing again, chips out of boxes scattered everywhere. The whole lot was stone cold (delivered within 8minutes of collection). Can’t get through on telephone. I won’t be using this McDonald’s again!!!

Ordered through uber eats this evening. Meal was stone cold, 2 burgers not even in their boxes, looks like it's just been thrown in bag. Absolutely disgusting service. Paid over 30 pound for this. I will be taking complaint further

Ordered several times through Uber eats, never do they put the sauces in or straws and tonight half of the order is missing!Worst McDonald’s by a land slide!Never ordering from here again.
