My daughter, especially, loves this store. The ladies are always extremely helpful and welcoming. Today, as always, great service again from Sarah. She spent time discussing perfume fragrances trying to match my daughters likes with the perfect fragrance.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'd give it 5* just for the help from the staff. They were brilliant.Unfortunatly some of the stuff advertised on the Web, they didn't have. Got some other stuff to try and hopefully it will work.

Unexpected visitHad to call into store in Jarrow to get first aid supply. Granddaughter of 5 years fell over and grazed her knee. Couldn't find points card but assistant was most helpful,asked for my email address,checked home address and was able to get my points added from the sale. Excellent service and to top it all got £5 free so that has boosted my points allowance right up.
