Normally pretty good , today gave me wrong charger for the phone luckily I have a spare

One of the worst experience I’ve had. Used drop and go service for a laptop and it has been tested. They made some rubbish up about the charger not working so I agreed to chipping £22 off. However they haven’t paid me yet and it’s been 2 working days. The last email I received from these scum bags is that the faster payment has been cancelled. They’re not responding to my emails. So basically they’ve stolen my laptop. Order number: UKBTBG205646I think they have fake good reviews. Please for your own sake stop using them. I’ll also ask my contact from the daily mail to make a publish about this if there is no resolve. Guys stay away from this company please. There customer care assistance are based in India or something.. that tells you everything.

I go here to exchange electronics for cash. Quick service and staff who are quite informal, but this works to their benefit, and matches the casual atmosphere of the shop.

Cool stuff in these stores. Can sometimes get good gadgdets at cheaper prices. Would recommend going into the store rather than ordering online.. Never really had the same condition of items delivered compared to going in directly.

My local CeX store. Staff here are really helpful and friendly. Nothing seems too much trouble. I pop in on a regular basis when they have the games I want and never had a bad experience.

Very poor offer on trade in items and got much better payment elsewhere. I would recommend going to other dealers 1st to get a price on items.

The guy who does the “testing” does not like to be told he is wrong and won’t listen to what any customer says, even if he is wrong. It must be well known in the store because when mentioned to another staff member, she smirked and said “it depends who’s doing the testing”.

Staff are fantastic and helpful, no matter if buying or selling. I have been shopping here for years, and always had issues resolved in a timely manner. The store is big with plenty to look around, but unfortunately falls into the same problem all CEX's do; hit-or-miss pricing and a mixed selection. Good option for the local area, but Games Central is usually my top choice.
