Just had a 60 min hot stone massage and it was pure bliss! I’ve had several massages with Sam now and I always come away feeling relaxed and super chilled. I would highly recommend the Zen Den. Thanks Sam x

Sam is just magic! Her healing hands and her energy are unmatched. I have just had my second massage at Zen Den and I loved my 60 minutes of pure bliss. The mood she creates is exactly what we need in this busy, modern world.

I have never been one for spas and massages, until I met Sam. The experience she gives you is incredible.Sam takes time to listen to you before treatments, adjusts things accordingly and her detail and care is second to none.Sam gives off such a positive energy that instantly makes you feel calm and her words at the start of each massage always relate and sometimes even make me cry.Can not recommend Zen Den enough.Always sleep well and feel almost like I’m floating when I leave.Thank you Sam for giving us ‘the healing gift of massage’.

Zen Den is something entirely unique, a treatment here is a full mind and body experience. I had an Indian head massage followed by full body massage and felt rejuvenated and utterly calm. The focus on making sure I was perfectly comfortable and those simple details like having the treatment explained really clearly so you’re not fumbling around trying to move position mid massage made this better than any other massage I have ever had by a mile. Cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much!

Had my first massage at Zen Den today (60 min back, neck and shoulders) and it was utterly bliss. Sam did a fantastic job working on a few knots whilst making it incredibly relaxing. Now I’m working out how often I can realistically return!

I spent an incredible 90 minutes (+ a few) with the super special Jay on Saturday morning. Not only did she create the most beautifully nourishing space for me to fully relax and enjoy, she worked wonders on my body, spirit, and soul. Sweet P is a beautiful oasis to truly wind down and restore. Love love love!!! Couldn’t recommend to anyone more highly :)

I had a 90 minute Swedish massage with Sam today. I have a fragrance allergy which can make massages a bit of a minefield area! But Sam was very careful to ensure my massage was safe and used alternative products which would not cause a reaction. It was very relaxing and Sam is very good at what she does. She has a very calming aura! I hope to be back again soon. Highly recommended!

Had a full body heated stone massage from the lovely Jay this morning - it was amazing I didn’t want it to end!! I swear she has magic hands.. Highly recommend, love the vibe and the staff thank you so much I will be returning xx
