Rapid Travel were excellent to deal with. Professional, prompt in replying to my questions and prompt in paying.The clients they were dealing with, respected my property, left it tidy and I would certainly not hesitate to deal with this company again.

We use Rapid Travel to book our accommodation for our site guys working away. The team are always super responsive and come back to us really efficiently with options for us to choose from. They're also always really helpful if sometimes the requirements aren't right and they need to have another look for some more options. It has been much easier for our office booking accommodation this way than when we used to do it ourselves. Would definitely recommend Rapid Travel Group!

Their service takes away the hassle of having to shop around for the most suitable accommodation always getting the best price and location. We have had an ongoing booking with Rapid Travel for over 2 months now (extending numerous times), and they have been ultimate professionals throughout. Whilst I've spoken with a few members of staff, all of whom were very polite etc, my main point of contact has been Tom who is down to earth, friendly, professional and clearly has great interpersonal skills which have been used to great effect with mutual benefit to us, Rapid Travel and his client - including where we have had to deal with some awkward challenges (not the fault of Rapid Travel). We hope to continue working with Rapid Travel on this project and would be very keen to work with them again in future.

By sourcing the accommodation for us, Rapid not only free up our time to do our jobs, but also enable us to ensure we have suitable accommodation for our employees, but also control and forecast our costs better. They are very friendly, but always professional and easy to work with, and if we have any concerns or challenges, they are quick to rectify any problems.

I have been using Rapid for over 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. They are extremely professional and responsive even when I have left it until the last minute to book. On the very rare occasion when there has been a small issue with a hotel, it has been dealt with immediately and without fuss. The staff are all incredible. I would highly recommend to any business or leisure traveller. 5 stars all round and very well deserved.
