What an absolutely fabulous shop. Alladins cave of hardware, Refill pantry, and all sorts.The lady serving was SO friendly and regaled us with the tales of the old furniture - WW2 ammunition boxes and a Rothschild dresser - and the stores history and 10 generation owned!We need to preserve this heritage!

Fantastic hardware store with friendly staff, everything you could wish for & full of history too. Lovely drawers behind the counter dating back to WW1 when they were used for ammunition storage.

I love G Grace and Son, they always have what I need and I am always welcomed with a friendly smile. I have recently purchased the re-fillable soap and washing up pumps and think it's a brilliant idea! Thank you for all your hard work, especially during the pandemic! :)

A great hardware store more orientated to the domestic household side than Metcalfe's at the other end of the High Street which has more diy items. Easy to access and friendly owner who will find and source most items for you. The shop is near to a number of car parks (within 500 meters) with first hour of parking for free, making shopping easy.

tring is very lucky to have a shop like this, well stocked, old fashioned too look at, with good old fashion service. I wanted a dish but had forgotten the name by the time I got there, but the lady talked to me and it came back, age thing, we spent a while on the internet looking for it, they did not stock it but orderd one without asking for payment.wonderfull.

I could spend hours mooching round this shop. Nothing too much trouble and they ordered some curtain pin hooks that had been so difficult to find elsewhere....and they have a loyalty scheme.
