What a deep shame that a company with great reviews doesn’t meet the the expectations. Got a call from Mark this morning; very abrupt, rude, dismissive and hostile. He has great properties up for rent but the way I was spoken to was appalling. What a shame and I hope he learns not to speak to everyone this way. What a terrible way to start the week. If you suffer from mental health, steer clear from him.

UPDATE!I'm excited to share that we've finally moved in!Everything went smoothly. The landlord was especially friendly and accommodating, which made our transition even better. While he may not fit the typical mold of an agent, he is incredibly efficient, easy to communicate with, and goes above and beyond to help his clients find the right rental property. In fact, I would say he's one of the most passionate and personable people I have ever worked with.During our viewing of the property, we learned more about Mark's excellent rapport with both the landlord and tenants. We were especially impressed to find out that our future landlord is a longtime friend of his, with a friendship spanning over 20 years. The current tenant of the property Mark recommended also spoke highly of the landlord, describing him as responsible and reliable and had a great 5 years living there.Mark surprised us with a gift box to celebrate our successful search for a new home. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture, and we could tell that he genuinely cares about his clients' well-being. Although there is still some documentation to handle, we are eagerly anticipating the moment when we can move in and start our new chapter in this wonderful home.

I had been looking for a place to rent for months with other agents slow to respond and viewings being days and days away. Then I found Mark.
