When my 15 year old son fractured his femur, the post surgery rehab that he received from Mike and Jane was effective, motivational and empowering. The orthopaedic surgeons fixed his fracture. Jane and Mike fixed his tendons, ligaments, muscles, nerves and confidence.

I visited Jane after months of pain in my back and sciatica pain in my leg. I had a slipped disc diagnosed from an MRI scan and nothing else has worked to help ease the pain. I was walking using a walking stick, couldn't stand for longer than a few minutes and in pain 90% of the day. After my first visit with Jane I was able to walk out of the appointment without the walking stick for the first time in over a month! I have had weekly sessions for around 2 months now and I am almost back to normal being pain free.The Tavistock Physio clinic is not like other physio clinics. They use lots of different treatment methods and put together an excellent exercise program to help you to recover.I can't thank Jane and the Tavistock Physio clinic enough for getting me better, and I would highly recommend them to anyone with back or sciatica related issues.
