Very nice and helpful staff on the times I’ve been there. Especially today when I only had a couple of small items but the misfortune to arrive at the very same time as the Veolia disposal truck (when they close the site for a bit). Glen who saw my predicament was a real gentleman and helped me, all with a lovely smile on his face.

Easy center to go to, during covid you pre book a 30 min slownso no queueing, the staff are friendly and helpful and when ever we have been we've been in and out with minimum fuss.Only side note is that the skips are up stairs so if you have difficulty you maybe better going to another center.

Booked online. Met a very grumpy operative who shouted for me to wait, no pleasantries. He pointed and grunted for me to go.They weren't busy, there were 2 cars including mine in there. Another operative shouted 'hang on wait something's up' . I braked and they had a whisper to each other when the one who had 'ticked me off his list' shouted 'well go on then!' Very rude and it's not the first time. They seem to think they are very important, wont venture there again.

Very rude operative. Accused me of running a scam with the stuff I had in my van. I invited him to come to my place to have a look, but he declined.Just not good enough. I booked my van in and thats the end of it.

Pleasant staff who are very helpful. Hopefully the booking system stays permanently as it means the site is less busy and therefore less dangerous for the surrounding roads.

Clean,tidy well organised. In and out in no time. Although it does depends on what time of the day you go.Better going during the week a bit less busy.

Been 4 tines now had to wait 15 mins once for skip to be swapped over but no problem. Staff most helpful and friendly
