Sent a message via their app and had no response whatsoever.

I used this company quite a few years back to install our CCTV system.The workmanship was really great! I could give 5 stars for the neatness.Back then I thought I was getting a DVR that could do more than what it can...but I left the issue at that.Fast forward to now, I had an issue with my Mobile not being able to connect to the CCTV.I spent hours to try and figure it out but eventually called an Engineer (from another company) who asked for the Admin password.I had a USERNAME password, so I called Expert Security to ask them for the ADMIN password. The receptionist I spoke with, told me she needs to speak to an engineer. She took down my mobile number and told me she will get back to me.(I had the Engineer here, waiting)I called a second time and was told that they will get back to me.They never called me back, instead I received an email stating that an Engineer will need to come out and it will cost £90 + VAT.I would think once you buy a CCTV system, the system belongs to you and the ADMIN password should belong to you too.I couldn't even change the time on the system.I personally think that by withholding the ADMIN password, you are forcing a follow up call out, which simply isn't fair.

First class service! Extremely efficient from the very first phone call, outstanding customer service was able to fit us in at short notice, wouldn't even know they'd been as so neat and tidy.The quality of the workmanship carried out was incredible. Amazing app service so you are in control no matter where you are.All explained thoroughly would highly recommend!!

Almost pointless rating them, they do not care! my gate posts were removed and refitted 3 times, replacements gates, damaged, cut down, several visits each moth, still not working right, now wont take calls or respond - very poor! I will get a decent company to repair the ones that are still not signed off
