Where to start... What a pleasure it has been to deal with JBR! The first of many cars to be purchased with JBR Financing..From my intial phone call with Furkan, to the collection of the car, the level of service has been fantastic.Where many other companies turned their back on me because i didnt fit their 'Client Profile', JBR treated me like a long standing customer before even agreeing to lend to me. I felt their was a desire to get the deal over the line and welcome me into the JBR Family. I cant reccomend them enough, and when their Products mean you can save litterally hundreds of pounds a month on repayments, it makes the unattainable.....attainable.Thankyou to all the team for making a dream a reality! Will be returning to them in the comings weeks to fund a new family car!!!

I have recently dealt with Cyrus from JRB on the purchase of a Porsche Taycan. My situation was slightly complicated but JRB, and specifically Cyrus, made the whole process a pleasure. I have recommended JRB to several friends and will be back for my next toy soon!

I recently arranged finance for a classic car via JBR and would have no hesitation recommending them. Tony was fantastic to deal with and kept me informed of everything that was happening throughout the process. This was not a straight forward purchase but JBR were able to find solutions where their competitors could not. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Not a safe lender. I was misled and lied to throughout the entire application process. I have requested that my application be withdrawn multiple times but as of today it remains active. They are intentionally not withdrawing the application so that way I cannot apply anywhere else.

Despite funding a £127k car they didn't care that it was sold unable to be fuelled and badly damaged as they collaborate with the dealership Tom Hartley cars (their ratings and reviews online say it all) rather than independently review genuine complaints. Their complaints handler can't even respond with a letter which is grammatically correct so don't expect them to be able to understand facts. Having spoken to Close Brothers an alternative funder the way my complaint was dealt with by Nana was laughable. Now progressing with the Financial Ombudsman with the law firmly on my side. Also check how much it is to get out their agreements, they don't do PCP as was sold to me and as I specifically asked for. Cowboys. Avoid.

Asked for help in deferring my monthly payments. So I could hire a car whilst I sorted out a major issue with a seized engine in the car I purchased 18 months ago car cost £30,000. Fully serviced and maintained. In the process now of looking into rejecting the car under the 2015 consumer rights act.hopefully will look to get a full refund and get out the finance agreement with JBR Capital who have refused to help and have shown total lack of supporting there customers. Will be updating the progress shortly.

Terrible company to deal with. Awful. I urge you to try alternatives. They are unprofessional and stitch you up. I raised a complaint and they eventually responded with some cover up words to no resolve. I asked them to send to Mr. Selig and Mr. Kisnadwala. No answer.
