Taylors letting agency is the best. The process was smooth right from the beginning. Their customers service was topnotch. Amy, Matthew and Tyrone were all pleasant to my family. They got us our choice of apartment. I recommend Taylors.

The lettings team recently let out two properties for me and I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend the team. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated on viewings, references and moving in dates. They found tenants quickly and issues that naturally come up along the way were dealt with quickly.

Well, the indifference and tardiness of some agents is probably an everyday occurrence, they don't care about their clients and they don't care that their time is more valuable, they don't care about the interests of tenants and they don't care about their own interests.

Taylor's letting Team were excellent and professional through out the viewing and letting process. They were very helpful.Amy was extremely helpful. She kindly allowed my wife to view the property again after I had initially viewed it. She was polite and very swift in replying my messages and she dealt with issues I brought to her attention promptly. I would definitely recommend Taylor's without any reservations. It was my first time renting and my experience before meeting Amy and her team was a nightmare. I could never get a hold of agents whenever I came across a property I was interested in and by the time they finally did call me back, the property was gone.I came across a 1 bed flat and called, Amy answered. I was pleasntly surprised. She took the time to understand my needs and wants and then went on to confirm if I was the right fit for the property. Same week a viewing was scheduled.She outlined clear next steps and reassured me along the way as a nervous first time renter which helped make the experinece smoother and pleasnt. I got in touch with Mihaela Alexa from Taylors Luton and she was very helpful from the start. She helped me get into a good apartment and was always helpful wherever I needed any support.I stayed with Taylors for 18 months and can only recommend them for your house search needs!

Neil and the other staff were very friendly and helpful, even though this particular property purchase came with quite a few difficulties/obstacles to overcome. They provided good advice and were very understanding when the mortgage company suddenly pulled out without explanation.
