Place has helped me for so so long. The staff are nice... Only gripe I have is having to sit with folks who are intoxicated while in waiting area

Came across as very cliquey very much seemed a see up group of people and if these people take a dislike to you or may even dislike you )from your past as there are many people in recovery now working there) well in my own opinion you get fobbed off.I called someone to n recovery in a crisis on a Friday and was told I'd get a call on Monday I thanked them and sent my number but only after they never called in the Monday or Tuesday or the rest of the week I started to think they'd no intention of calling (they had never ask d for my number. I sent it after thanking them)I honestly feel worse. I wasn't good enough to get their help.This is just my own opinion they have done great things and helped many people and huge kudos for that in itself.I could tell more but made opinion known
