Hawkins Motors at Blackwater have the best customer service I have ever come across. Have just purchased a used Hyundai Tuscon at an excellent price. Hawkins increased warranty to five years at no extra cost. Sales Executive Simon Bryant is the most helpful I have ever come across, would certainly be our first port of call if we ever needed to change again.

The shop floor staff from all departments were friendly,It's a lovely welcoming place and we couldn't be more satisfied. If I could rate more stars I would!

Popped in on the off-chance of finding a car to fit my budget and that I could drive comfortably with osteoarthritis. Found the perfect car for me. Evie was a delight to deal with. Went to collect the car today and although there was a slight issue I have been given a courtesy car that they made sure was comfortable for me to drive and they will bring me my new car. Now that's what I call customer service. Thank you Evie and to the team at Hawkins Blackwater

I have to admit being a little concerned when Hawkins took over from Town and Country Motors where I always received an excellent service for many years. However, my contacts with them have all been very positive and the service has remained excellent. Staff are polite, helpful and professional and make you feel welcome.
