Animal Doctor

I sadly had to have my beautiful dog Jaz euthanised yesterday. I want to say Miriam the vet and Sophie the assistant, from Animal Doctor came and were wonderful. This was a horrible experience made as nice as possible by these two lovely people. They were so gentle with my dog and just made the whole process as easy as it could be, with their kindness, professionalism and patience. Thank you .

No issues to begin with, until the time came to take our dog to be spayed. Was not informed at time of booking that operations are done at their Ravenshead surgery and not at their Arnold one. Got there with a notice on door saying due to staff shortages it was closed!l with contradicting days/times of when it was open. So clearly NO communication.I waited for at least 20mins, ringing both surgeries with no luck. Our poor dog was getting stressed out from waiting around, and playing up due to not being given food. When I got home I rang again- no answer. Emailed, and finally got a reply at around 11.20am. We were at the surgery at 9am, being told that ops tend to be done between 11-2pm. Why not ring us as to why we weren’t at the surgery? No communication at all, and looking back at things, no reminder before hand!We’re now at a different vets, and would NOT recommend Animal Doctor. Have heard that the surgery at Arnold is now closed… as a client, thanks for letting us know!!!

Very caring and took the time to explain everything in great detail. Highly recommend.

They are always excellent when we have to go. Explain everything, and never rushed.
