Sam and Nathan dominate the building insurance reinstatement sector across the midlands as Loss assessors for the residential and business premises that they instruct me to attend for emergency work, the work they have provided for me has been a great flow of work that continues all year round. Had major flood damage to three floors of our property due to a leak in the loft whilst we were absent.Sam and Nathan reacted promptly liaising with our insurance company, their loss Adjusters and our Builder to achieve an acceptable financial settlement.At all stages Sam and Nathan acted in a professional yet friendly manner giving sound advice on how to approach various pitfallsin a manner enabling us to evade further problems.Therefore Aspray (Sutton Coldfield) is a company I would wholeheartedly endorse as honest, professional and customer friendly who really do have the best interest of their customer at heart.

We only have positive things to say about Sam and Nathan. We had a problem with a new toilet we had fitted in downstairs showerroom, which had a manufacturing fault causing it to leak water under the new floor. Sam and Nathan came to our rescue at very short notice with equipment to help dry room out, even though we didn't need to go through insurance. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Great work guys!
