Service was good, food as usual however the self service machine was a waste of time, as it eventually showed the msg “no Internet connection” at the end of self ordering process!Seating was ok, however most seats are just benches without any padding so very uncomfortable. Location is the plus.

Disorganised and a really long wait. It took 17 mins to get my order (from the time it came through on Monzo), they forgot the chips and the sauce that was supposed to come with the cheese bites. I think they somehow lost my order because I had to ask about it twice (after it had been on the ready to collect list for a while). The second guy actually got me my order, I think the first one just forgot me instantly. It didn't help that self service machine wasn't printing receipts.

The toilets / bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Looks like it never gets cleaned. There are many reviews mentioning this fact so they clearly don't care. Makes me wonder how gross the kitchen is where they prepare the food people eat. I would never step foot in there again and I would dare eat the food.

Food was actually good. One of the better McDonald's food wise.One member of staff stank so badly of BO. I hope they weren't cooking the food earlier.The tray sides had sticky residue and the number plate you take to your table had food residue on it. They need to clean things properly.

Excellent service and definitely the best McDonald's in England.Everything was fresh, and the staff was very polite and helpful.If you're in London, in a rush or not, I highly recommend this as a 10/10 McDonald's.Cheers!

I support a young man with Autism we have been visiting for 7 years it his favourite place to eat.The aim is to develop his independence and feel part of the community. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. We attend on Saturdays after 6.30 pm the lady who brings our food to the table is wonderful, she always makes sure the disabled toilet is available for us. Thank you to all the staff we appreciate you.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The staff are a bunch of untrained people with zero hygiene and customer mgmt skills. The toilets are FILTHY, never seen a worse toilet. The food is made by staff without gloves or masks or head covers. The fries were oily, soggy and cold. Pathetic experience. I sure am not going there and would recommend you don’t either.
