Rang with a technical issue on a domestic sewerage sump pump - not installed or supplied by them (original supplier gone bust).Spoke to very helpful man who patiently gave good advice. Also had replacement pump (not needed in the end) in stock at a good price and with good shipping options. Thoroughly recommended on this basis.MW
