Massive thank you to the lads at J & S Gateshead, as a returning biker after a 23 year break things have moved on abit, staff are super helpful with all the tech knowledge to get you the right kit and they let you try stuff on and leave you alone when necessary. I had a couple of change of directions till I got the perfect kit and theres something for everyone to suit all budgets in the shop and if they haven't got it they can order it in, nothing was a trouble, best retail experience I've had.

Fantastic shop with heaps of stock at some of the lowest prices you'll find. Visited another branch closer to home and found it nowhere near as good so will definitely revisit the newcastle branch next time we're over that way.

Big thanks to the lads in the Newcastle shop. I had an issue with my Packtalk Edge which was out of the shops 30 day return warranty but replaced the head unit for me. Thanks again great service

Bought all my bike gear from here, loads of stock in store and easy enough to walk around finding what you need. Staff very helpful too and importantly, there's no hassle/sales pressure as you browse. Highly recommend.
