I'm trying to be constructive with this review. Went in on a Saturday morning to buy an American fridge freezer as ours had broken. Met a man can't remember his name who said you only had 1 in the shop for us to look at and we should go online to find the one we liked and to give the shop a call who in turn could speak to the buyer to give us a price and check availability.there was no other customer in the shop at that time. He could have sat us down and looked online with us as you may had had stock in your other depot? We have previously bought tv's, kitchen appliances etc from you and wanted to support a local business but ended up in Curry's and bought an LG on the same afternoon and had it delivered and installed the next day ( Sunday). They made it easy to buy.

What a superb company to deal with. Ordered a tumble dryer on Friday with free delivery Saturday morning. Unfortunately on unpackaging the item was damaged (not their fault). One phone call and within 30 mins another van was at our front door replacing the damaged item.Superb customer service.

I recently purchased a Beko Fridge/freezer from Vaughan's Euronics store in Llanelli. I was very pleased with the level of service received from Vaughan's. I ordered on a Monday it was delivered the following day (Tuesday). The delivery driver Meirion was so helpful and polite. I will definitely be using Vaughan 's Electrical store again in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and family plus anyone who is looking for a good local reliable Electrical retailer. Thanks to everyone at Vaughan 's Electrical store Llanelli.

Sony oled tv is my 3rd purchase from vaughans so far, very good sales sevice anddelivery staff are superb, cannot fault store, the test is aftersales,hopefully i will never find out...5 stars so far thanks

Excellent service as always from Vaughans, Llanelli. I phoned at 5pm yesterday for a Sony OLED TV, it was in the back of my car by 5:20pm! Polite and knowledgeable staff which are always a pleasure to deal with. Always cheaper than Currys and so much better. Buy local!

Bought a new dish washer, delivered next day they removed old dish washer and plumbed in new one and took old one way within 15 minutes , delivery men very polite. Would highly recommend Vaughan's for all electrical appliances.

I hope Vaughans electrical products are better than their driving! Was intimidated by a driver driving so close to the back of my car on a40 Road near cross hands, Peugeot van with reg number starting CE71. The driver then aggressively overtook me and later saw they were doing the same to other cars. Very surprised this didn't cause an accident!

I've bought from here several times and each time the experience has been second to none. Staff are always really helpful and friendly. Buying a fridge freezer for my mother today and the service was just as expected. Next day delivery and installation included which is a big help.
