Banga Buses

Are the buses clean? Not really, and most smell of smoke. Are the drivers friendly? Not really, they frequently sail past bus stops because unless you step out into traffic they won't stop. Are the buses on time? Rarely, and they skip buses so often the timetable seems like a suggestion. Why use them then? Because there is no alternative for a commute, so you are forced to endure the bumpy ride in old buses bought at a discount by a cheapskate who barely employs any drivers. If there was a different operator on this route I would never set foot in a Banga bus ever again.

Need bigger buses for only the school runs as the bus gets overly packed and its gets overly dangerous when the polish driver is driving at fast speeds not caring about passengers who are old and young. Health and safety is a major issue.

Extremely rude bus driver. Having asked him at telford town centre does he go to shifnal and him allowing myslef on the bus in my mobility scooter. Which i have valid bus pass for. . Everything was fine untill it ce to me getting off. He was quiet rude stating he had phone head office and mobility scooter that have batteries on them are not allowed on busses its up to the drivers choosing.. ok point 1...Why allow me on the bus and wait rill getting of to point it out.Point 2Being very over bearing and threatening that never let me on hes bus again.3. Seen as this is now the only bus to go from telford i have no chose..Just because im disabled i have just as much rights to travel where i wish... As long as its under the guidelines give my which my size mobility scooter fits... More the lack the inadequate driver didnt wont to get if hes warm seat to lower the ramp. Total joke..

Brilliant independent bus company. Use the 530 a couple of times during the week between Bilston and Wolverhampton, drivers always polite and punctual. Buses are always clean too. I also used the 891 to Telford last summer and this was good value for money and a brilliant service for a day out.

Claim to be part of the nBus scheme but I am refused travel within the nBus zone - drivers are uneducated about the pass/scheme. You still get money from this scheme that National Express have. I have put a complaint in with them as well. Me and my work colleague had to witness a very rude and unhappy driver shouting at me. Do not returns calls or answer the mobile. I have values and chose to rise above this disgusting behaviour. Zooms past the bus stops and have to wave the bus down.

The service from Bilbrook to Wolverhampton is terrible. After 6:00 pm it just doesn't turn up. Rubbish.
