Avail Quantity Surveying

I approached Avail to appraise an intricate demolition and rebuild project, and couldn't have been more impressed with Tim's knowledge and the clarity of information provided. The scope of works was understood perfectly, and several issues which we hadn't foreseen were both highlighted and costed for in the final appraisal. The level of detail was superb, with each facet of the project clearly identified and individually costed, rather than as a bulk value. This has enabled us to accurately budget for the project, while also pinpointing areas where costs could potentially be trimmed. I can't recommend Avail highly enough, and will definitely be using their services again in the future.
