Lovely clean pool and changing rooms. Gym is really good and well equipped. Staff are so helpful.

My son always goes to gym there. He likes this place.

The ladies changing room smell if wee. Strong smell from folia. Centre should be closed . So un hygenic

The staff are all very passionate about their work and very friendly and helpful.

I cancelled my membership with them 3 months ago, and was told by the lady on the phone that it was cancelled. Anyways a few months later I saw I was being charged so I called in to check and it hadn’t been cancelled. They said that I could still use the gym and would have to come in and cancel my membership. Probably one of the longest companies I have dealt with/am still dealing with. Who doesn’t take cancellations over the phone? And I why do I even have to call back to find out a member of staff there was too incompetent to cancel it and tell me it’s cancelled when it’s not? Most members of staff there are great, but it’s just unfortunate that this has happened. It seems like they can’t do anything at all for you, so I’d suggest that If you don’t want to deal with any longevity, go to any other gym.

All this stars belong to staff. All staff members are amazing. No fault at all.But coming to gym, no where near to other gym. Most equipment are out dated. Only one person I see cleaning gym is Michael. He always gives his 100% to his job.One of the most rubbish showers I’ve ever witnessed.I only use this gym because of convenience and good parking.They do have amazing 5star staff.Thanks for being best.

What a disgusting place the whole swimming area stinks of urine. The facilities need a deep clean. The area around the pool is even worse all dirt in the grout looks like it needs jet washing I make my daughter wear crocs. Also charge you 10 extra if god forbid the dd doesn’t go through they won’t try to take the money just charge you £10 which is disgusting as a single parent in a cost of living crisis. The swimming instructors are great but the rest of the staff are rude and have no compassion. They need to invest in a cleaner. Maybe people wouldn’t mind paying the extra 10. £35 swimming lessons for my child this month right before Christmas and the woman didn’t care at all. As a single parent it’s disgusting

The sheers are slightly overly packed. I also don't appreciate the older boys using the women's bathrooms. Overall a nice leisure centre just needs more tlc in certain areas

Absolutely Excellent. A fantastic gym. I highly recommend it.
