Just fantastic. Amazing service and great products. Even if you're not a professional (I'm not!) it's worth a look for any kitchenware or serving ware.The customer service is exemplary; I ordered the wrong size set of plates by mistake and when I asked to return them they said 'keep them'. I had. chopping board that cracked and it was replaced without argument.Very very good.

Been charged £9 to pickup in store, then another £60 for nothing. Utter confusion in store and at head office, don’t even know if or when I will get a refund. Bough lids online and I’ve been waiting for a week. If you can’t buy it over the counter use an alternative website.

The staff at Nisbets Norwich - Sam and Andy - were proper stars on Saturday. Sorted out what I wanted and ordered it. Thank you I also had an online order last week that arrived well within 24 hours.I am impressed !!!!!

***Be careful*** Nisbets have introduced something called 'Convenience Pricing'. Apparently they charge you more for something in store than you can buy it for on the website, 15% more in my case. Even, it appears, more than you could order for to 'Click & Collect'. Disgusting illogical practice, while actual shops are struggling to stay open, this is a good way to drive customers away from your stores. The convenient shopping is on the website, why penalise those who make a trip to the store? I'll not shop with Nisbets again out of principle.

Excellent selection! What a great store to join our selection on St. Stephens street. The range offered at Nisbets is exactly what you would expect, extremely high quality, robust industrial grade cooking and catering equipment.Their range goes from table salt shakers all the way up to industrial ovens.Really impressive range and I was able to find exactly what I had been searching days for for a reasonable price. Impressed.

Unclear website when surfing upon it, prior to travelling 57 miles from Sudbury in Suffolk to the nearest branch location in Norwich only to be told that complete box sets don't get stocked or sold from any of the stores.......Yet the website interprets the opposite, well at least that's the way one would read when ch checking out the Nisbets website. ( Very unclear)I guess after 35 minutes ultimately confirming with the shop assistant that in actuality the 7 knife professional set as displayed worked out cheaper when purchased separately in the shop.One door shuts another opens!
