Absolutely shocking customer service. Was spoken to like i did not matter and was spoken over so many times. Given attitude by the younger woman who served me. I was in collecting for my diasbled brother in law and this is how i was treated. Certainly wont be back to this store.

The best customer service I have received in quite some time. I ordered an item online for same day collection. Due to traffic, I arrived just after 16:00hrs and the store closed at 16:00hrs. The staff were outside just about to lock up and initially told me they were closed. However, when I was walking away, the manager (I presume, as he had the keys) asked if it was an online collection. When I said yes, he opened the shop back up and went back in to collect my item. This was above and beyond what I would have expected and saved me a lot of trouble. Overall, great shop but even better staff. Thank you.

Staff are very helpful and cannot do enough to get you what you want, if they have it. I went in today and a kind lady member of staff got me my product literally as it was coming in the back door from the delivery truck.

Ordering for collection is great and can’t fault the Screwfix brand. However the staff in this branch were less than helpful at my collection and behaved as if they were being forced to serve the public rather than trying to welcome customers and enjoy their jobs. Language was a bit choice from behind the counter area as well with colleagues messing about with each other. I’ll be avoiding this branch as much as possible and using one of the many other more friendly, helpful, professional, welcoming branches.

Not a good experience, they could not find my order, , I asked if the discs had screw centres, I was handed the disce and asked to leave. I never noticed they were not screw type . Now I have to return them. I will go elsewhere and get the screw type. These are poor quality. I will have to check that my on line payment has not been taken ,we I was told there was no record. So I paid at the counter.

The duty manager on shift was so kind and helpful when I was in yesterday trying to fit the right plumbing part I needed . Emma was also extremely helpful and managed to help me find a solution to my problem. Very lovely staff !

Very kwick and smooth service, the stores are well prepared for COVID related arrangements in terms of number of people inside the store, sanitising booth, floor marked stickers etc. One of the staff members asks for confirmation Ref Code and you literally walk out in less than 3 mins with your goods. Fantastic.

Reasonable stock levels but it's only a day or two wait to get out of stock items into the branch. Reasonable prices so not worth spending time hunting around numerous suppliers for smaller orders.
