Man serving us was incredibly helpful, bought a well priced bed and they delivered same day for free!

This started off as a 5 star review because staff were at first communicative, patient and helpful. However, when it came to the work I found it shoddy.We were told that they didn't put sealant around the kitchen lino because this was an added cost, but they did do it for free in the downstairs loo. That's fine, but I would have liked to have been given the option to pay for the extra if this was the case.The lino started bubbling up at the edges the same day, which I did phone them about and they came and fixed that one section. They said it was the fault of my kitchen units and not their job. I found this a bit strange as I have a bog standard Howden's kitchen so surely they would have encountered these units before? I appreciate them fixing it but they gave the impression that it was incovnenient for them and I was being fussy. Other parts of the lino have since started bubbling up around the edges.Finally, what loses the most stars was their professional and friendly service was completely gone when it came to laying my laminate. They use a third party subcontractor who did not turn up. I understand these things happen and I was pateint. We tried to contact the guy several times and it took over two weeks. We called Oxon carpet to explain the situation to which they responded as far as we're concern we have been paid for our part so the job is completed to us". There was no help at all

Excellent customer service, Nisar was really helpful trying to find a carpet to match the one we already have in the other rooms (and we found one!). Its a small shop but they have a great range of carpets.

Super helpful in answering all of my questions. From choosing the carpet to it being fittted, it was only a few days. Super quick turn around. They kept in touch throughout the whole process. I would certainly recommend them!

Our flat was completed in a day! Great communication,and extremely attentive. Nisar and his team were professional and hardworking. They carried out the job as if it were for their own home. Highly recommended!

They couldn’t even keep to an appointment they made twice and apologising is clearly foreign to them. I am giving 0 stars actually. Go to Ideal Carpets And Beds in Templars square, they are better and professional unlike these people.

Good local business with great service. Ubaid explained everything well and did a good job. Would highly recommend.
