My son has been a patient for the last two years and they couldn't be more helpful. Always going the extra mile and making sure he was happy and comfortable. Really amazing team of reception ladies! My son can now show off his beautiful smile! Would totally recommend!

I only wish I lived closer! This surgery is exemplary and the staff are brilliant. My only issue is the flexibility to get treatment as we moved and had to travel for so long. Apart from that. Wonderful treatment and care. Very kind and efficient receptionists!!! Thank you all.

My son is having treatment with Sarah and we cannot praise her highly enough.My sons teeth are now amazing and he can’t stop smiling, and are now looking forward to seeing the end result. All the staff from reception upto dentists are professional and caring, and have made the whole process worry free.Well done and thank you all at chapel road.

Excellent care from the moment you walk in the door. Reception staff are always polite friendly and knowledgeable. The orthodontist herself is amazing she always makes my daughter feel comfortable and informed and she includes my daughter in decisions regarding her treatment options rather than just referring to myself as the parent. My daughter also loves the choice of colours for the bands on her braces too

My very nervous daughter had her 1st appointment here today after a referral for braces.The receptionists were so upbeat and welcoming. They explained in perfect detail what would be happening and what paperwork needed filling in.We were called into the appointment before our time, and again we were welcomed and made to feel like they were glad we were there.My daughter had her X-rays and pictures, and the next steps were explained again.We left feeling so calm and looking forward to going back. After leaving, my daughter commented to me how nice it felt being there with them.

The orthodontist is nearby many schools and is really accessible! The treatment I got worked perfectly and the staff were quite nice and helped me through my progress of getting braces and retainers.The only negative is there are limited parking spaces but that doesn't take away from the wonderful service and affordable price.I'm currently on retainers treatment and it's completely fixed my teeth. It's made me more confident in my smile and I'd definitely recommend.

My daughter was referred to Chapel road to have braces and the whole team was very friendly and from the beginning to the end.The therapist Sarah was always so wonderful and I definitely recommend the practice.

My daughter has had treatment here over the last 18 months, and I can honestly say it has been the most amazing, painless (really!) and overly caring experience we have had. My daughter was looked after so well by Marie, so much so that she looked forward to her appointment's. Everyone we met there from the reception team to the team taking care of her now absolutely perfect straight smile went over and above to make us feel at ease. Thank you all so very much for everything!
