Service was really fast. I got my house key cut in less than 2 minutes.

Poor quality finish left on my £335 shoes. Gaps in between new sole and rushed even though I left the shoes for 24hours as requested. Not a happy customer. Do not visit this store if you want a good quality job and your shoes polished to a reasonable standard as a minimum.£25 for:Gaps in between new soles and shoeShoes not polished wellConclusion: damaged £335 shoes.Rushed poor job. I don't recommend. Rude service in this Brookfield branch. It is the second time I've been disappointed. First time refused to replace badly cut key. Second time failed to acknowledge that the part of the key given was thicker than the original.

Disgusting customer service from this branch. I approach counter at 17:39. I asked for key cutting service. I was informed by the employee working that they were now closed for the day. I questioned the opening and closing hours which clearly stated 09:00 - 18:00. The employee then tells me well I have to close down and do my end of day paperwork now. I ask well shouldn’t this be done after your business operating hours have finished. He said no. He then told me to ‘be on my bike’. I have never witnessed such disrespect from anyone. You are in the service industry. Customer service should be everything.I have also placed this on there websites complaint review. I have received an apology from from there head office and a 10% discount voucher. I will not use this as I would rather pay full price where customers are valued.

I recently visited to have some keys cut for a padlock and they were cut incorrectly, however when I re entered a member of staff by the name of Charlie went over and above to fix the keys for me quickly and efficiently. She even stayed past her working hours so that I could collect the keys at a time that suited me best. She was bubbly and friendly and a truly wonderful member of staff. Would highly recommend
