Full credit to your local manager whom I found helpful and courteous throughout. She was excellent and deserves 5*. However we found a significant variation between the ‘guaranteed price’ you sent me and her base line on-line valuation, and there seemed no mechanism to query your on-line valuation. Clearly your ‘guaranteed price’ (offer was only 2 days old) was not! Overall I was satisfied and would use you again but be wary of your initial offer.

My wife has just taken her Honda jazz after filling in the online valuation and getting a price of £1350. The guy valuing it told her it had the wrong engine because it was a 1.3 and not a 1.4 as we stated. This man was either very ignorant about cars or trying it on because he thought he'd take advantage of a woman. The engine is the correct 1. The offer he stated was £400 nearly a £1000 less than the online valuation. This place is a total rip off and God knows how they got their good reviews. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. IS THE ADVERT. WELL THEY WASTED OURS.
